ASAM ECHO Session 2 – Co-occurring Disorders
CCBHC-E NTTAC has partnered with ASAM to provide a six-session CCBHC ECHO on substance use. ECHO series offers a comprehensive, in-depth analysis of actual patient cases submitted by attendees. Participants can look forward to receiving guidance and feedback from a diverse panel of expert faculty. This program is tailored for professionals new to the field of addiction treatment, providing them with the means to enhance their knowledge, skills and confidence. This introductory program is specifically designed for CCBHC grant recipients, including social workers, therapists and additional clinical team members involved in patient care.
This session will analyze pharmacotherapy and therapeutic best practices for the treatment of substance use disorders and mental health conditions, as well as decision making strategies while highlighting unique community barriers and successes when integrating care practices.
Please follow the steps below to view the recording of the ECHO session and gain credits:
- Visit https://elearning.asam.org/products/ccbhc-echo-session-co-occurring-disorders-tuesday-april-23-2024.
- Click on the Content Tab.
- Select View Recording.
- Click Complete Post Test to answer multiple choice questions. Participants will have 10 attempts to pass and must answer 2 out of 3 questions correctly.
- Click Complete Evaluation to provide valuable activity feedback. Scroll down on all questions as there may be answer options that expand past the size of the window.
- Click the button Claim Medical Credits in the box titled Claim Credits & Certificate. Choose the type of credit and click submit. Click the button View/Print Certificate to save or print your certificate. You can view/print your certificate at any time by visiting the ASAM eLearning Center, clicking Dashboard, and clicking Transcript/Achievements.
