Population-specific Services for LGBTQ+ Individuals
Over the course of four webinars, the Population-specific Services Learning and Action series will focus on increasing awareness of how specific populations are currently being served in CCBHCs, highlight strategies that support community outreach and engagement, and identify strategies that support care coordination and improve health outcomes. The populations of focus for this series are Alaska Natives/American Indians, people who are hearing impaired, people who speak Spanish as their primary language, and the LGBTQ+ community.
Session 4: This Learning and Action Session aims to increase awareness of how the LGBTQ+ population is being served in CCBHC, identify strategies that support community outreach and engagement, and identify strategies that support care coordination and improving health outcomes
