CCBHCs and Housing: Clinic and Housing Provider Partnership Possibilities

Individuals accessing services at Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs) often face challenges finding housing, especially because local housing providers are frequently unaware of support opportunities within their communities. In collaboration with the Corporation of Supportive Housing (CSH), the CCBHC-E NTTAC is hosting a session to inform CCBHC grantees about the potential partnerships between CCBHCs and housing providers. The sessions will explore opportunities such as homeless outreach, referrals through care coordination, providing outpatient services to residents and more.
