We hope you are ringing in the New Year with resilience and mindfulness. No matter how you celebrated the holidays this year, it likely looked very different than last. As the pandemic continues and for some of us the cold is keeping people inside, it is critical now more than ever to maintain mental wellness.
Join the Center of Excellence for Integrated Health Solutions on Thursday, January 7th from 2-3 p.m. ET for an open discussion on how to focus on self-care during these winter months and the COVID-19 pandemic. We will share mindful relaxation exercises and innovative self-care ideas that will help you manage anxiety and feelings of grief. This session will be led by Amelia Roeschlein, DSW, MA, LMFT, Consultant of Trauma Informed Services, Laura Leone, DSW, MSSW, LMSW, Integrated Health Consultant and Joan King, RN, MSN, CS, Integrated Health Senior Consultant, all from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing.
