Creating a Measurement-informed CCBHC

Measurement is essential to understanding the efficiency and effectiveness of health care services, but it can be challenging to develop an organizational culture that embraces measurement in its long-term strategy and day-to-day operations.

We will investigate how to develop a plan to be measurement-informed in the context of continuous quality improvement (CQI) in Creating a Measurement Informed CCBHC on June 5, 3-4 p.m. ET.

This session is intended for Demonstration Sites, but anyone is welcome to join the National Council for Mental Wellbeing to cover topics including:

  • Measurement-informed care, value proposition, and the differences between change management and CQI in the context of today’s alternative payment policy landscape.
  • Common challenges to using data to inform care provision, reporting and quality improvement.
  • How robust change management can drive CQI to inform care provision including services costing, care coordination, population health management and client feedback.
  • Analytic maturity models designed to help CCBHCs develop a realistic plan for improving their analytic capabilities.
