Financial Reporting and Management in a PPS Environment

Effectively managing financial reporting and performance is essential for Certified Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs) operating under a prospective payment system (PPS). Financial Reporting and Management in a PPS Environment will provide hands-on training on the new financial reporting processes required to successfully navigate a CCBHC PPS rate, highlighting key differences from traditional grant funding.

• Developing a pro forma CCBHC cost report and refining profit-and-loss statements.

• Budgeting vs. actual performance tracking for personnel costs, payer mix, productivity and service utilization. 
• Building a key performance indicator report for financial sustainability.
