Sosunmolu Shoyinka, MD, MBA, and Rachel Melissa Talley, MD, will discuss Self-Assessment for Modification of Anti-Racism Tool (SMART), the first tool designed specifically to help community behavioral health and other human service organizations assess the extent to which their organizational and clinical processes are affected by racism. Dr. Shoyinka and Dr. Talley will discuss the development of the SMART tool, and how we can apply the information revealed by SMART to create measurable progress in becoming anti-racist at all organizational levels.
