Leveraging Leadership to Develop and Deliver a Plan for Transformative Care Design and Delivery
Implementation and advancement of the CCBHC model requires significant organizational change. Organizations that are successful in becoming CCBHCs apply research-supported leadership and organizational change approaches. Participants in this four-part learning and action series will learn to transform their organization using the CCBHC model, including components that address culture, use of data to inform operations, evidence-based practice provision, and engaging staff and clients in care delivery redesign.
Session 2: This Learning and Action Session will explore leadership elements required to leverage the CCBHC model for effective design and implementation of a transformational plan.
