Setting the Vision for Transformational Change
Implementation and advancement of the CCBHC model requires significant organizational change. Organizations that are successful in becoming CCBHCs apply research-supported leadership and organizational change approaches. Participants in this four-part learning and action series will learn to transform their organization using the CCBHC model, including components that address culture, use of data to inform operations, evidence-based practice provision, and engaging staff and clients in care delivery redesign.
Session 1: This Learning and Action Session will unpack how organizations use the CCBHC model to design and implement system level changes to better convey the value proposition for how services are provided and perceived.
