Start With Hope: Supporting Mothers With SUDs Panel 

Pregnant and postpartum women with substance use disorders (SUDs) face numerous barriers to receiving care. Pregnant women with SUDs frequently delay or refrain from prenatal care and treatment due to negative experiences and perceived judgement. In this panel, our speakers will discuss their experiences within the systems of care for pregnant and postpartum women with SUDs. Join us to learn how these challenges are being addressed by providers, strengthen care coordination and share solutions rooted in hope to improve the quality of treatment and recovery.
