Measure Twice, Cut Once — Using Data to Support Transformational Change
Implementation and advancement of the CCBHC model requires significant organizational change. Organizations that are successful in becoming CCBHCs apply research-supported leadership and organizational change approaches. Participants in this four-part learning and action series will learn to transform their organization using the CCBHC model, including components that address culture, use of data to inform operations, evidence-based practice provision, and engaging staff and clients in care delivery redesign.
Session 3: This Learning and Action Session will explore how research-supported organizational change approaches use data to enhance service transformation, efficiency and effectiveness.
