Dusty Jepkema is a non-binary Clinical Social Worker who works at the community mental health agency in Kalamazoo, Michigan. They have over ten years of experience working in the field of social work within a variety of settings and specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, they aim to help educate others on the mental health needs of this community and work toward building an equitable system that addresses and finds justice for the disparities faced by the LGBTQ+ community.
